A high-class Swedish late Gustavian mantel clock in burnished gilt bronze, made in Stockholm around 1800. The clock's movement is housed in a decorative basket supported by a putto with a bow and arrow. The watchmaker Gustaf Undén worked from 1778 to 1829. The base is richly decorated with typical ancient motifs and stands on six round feet. A key for the movement is included.
