High-class Stockholm craftsmanship, most likely executed by Gottlieb Iwersson (master cabinetmaker and royal court maker in Stockholm from 1778 to 1813). The chest of drawers is veneered with mahogany and features an original top made of Kolmården marble. There is a repaired crack in the marble top. The chest has a protruding front, which adds an extra touch of elegance. All the drawers are framed with brass moldings that beautifully outline each drawer. The legs and corner posts are adorned with brass fluting.
