Exceptionally high-quality Empire secrétaire, made in Stockholm. Almost certainly by Johan Öhman (active 1815–1833). The piece is conical in form and has a top drawer and three drawers beneath the fall-front. The interior behind the fall-front contains several small drawers. The secrétaire retains its original gilded mounts. There are some minor veneer losses.
